Step 1: Candidate Identification - This is accomplished through several different ways.

Step 2: Prescreen Interview - This is done by an RPL Recruiter to determine if a potential candidate is a possible fit for your needs.

Step 3: Technical Evaluation – RPL evaluates potential candidates technical abilities by using online testing systems such as Prove It and Brain Bench On Line Tests.

Step 6: Finalization – Once a candidate has been through our recruitment process they are then forwarded to our clients.

Step 4: In-Person Interview - This is done by a Senior RPL Recruiter and by having our Senior In-house Project Managers technically screen candidates that have made it through the pre-screen interview. This is done only after a potential candidate has been through a thorough technical evaluation.

Step 5: Background Checks – RPL requires all candidates to provide at least three professional work experience references. These references are contacted and spoken to in great detail to determine if the candidate will be a fit for your needs. In addition to this we will do a criminal background check and educational verification.
